When we determine that your hearing aids need to be sent to the manufacturer for service, we will:
- Arrange the manufacturer repair on your behalf
- Fit you with a suitable loaner device from our office stock
- Ensure the loaner is as comfortable and functional as possible for your degree of hearing loss
- Contact you when your repaired devices are back and ready for pick-up
