Dr. Jason Rickman started Excel Audiology to offer his patients the latest hearing technology with the expertise of a trusted audiologist. Putting the patient’s needs first is at the core of how we practice at Excel Audiology. Patients who have worked with Dr. Rickman in the past know that educating individuals on their own hearing loss is essential. This allows for patients to fully understand what is going on with their hearing and helps guide them to proper treatment.

Our audiologist Dr. Rickman has been providing care to patients in the community of Wilmington NC for the past 10 years and enjoys changing people’s lives through better hearing. He looks forward to providing expert hearing care through his own practice offering a one-of-a-kind hearing treatment experience. He has a passion for working with the latest hearing technology and believes an accurate hearing aid fitting with proper follow-up care is the key to being successful with hearing devices.
